I have been going to Jody for a few years now and love my hair. Jody cuts it just right and gets my color right every time. People always comment now on how good I look, which never happened before. I feel like I have a real hairdo now. Can't wait to see the new salon!

I color my hair all the time, and this by far was the worst coloring I've ever had (friends thought I must have done it myself)... got my money back, but with a not very nice note saying I would be on their "do not schedule" list... well, duh, with such a bad color experience, I was never planning on going back. Customer service was seriously lacking as well.
